Product Description

The ingenious design of our W-type radiation tube takes advantage of high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube for its straight sections, while the expertly crafted bent tube utilizes precision casting technology. This advanced W-type radiation tube is essential for applications such as continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Operating in a protective nitrogen and hydrogen atmosphere, it harnesses the potent heat energy from natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. This ensures the strip steel is heated rapidly and evenly, from ambient temperature to an impressive 900 degrees Celsius, through the efficient radiation heat transfer from the outer tube, streamlining the annealing process.
