Product Description

Crafted with precision and durability in mind, the straight tube component of the W-type radiation tube is meticulously formed from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tubes. Complementing this, the bent tube is expertly fashioned using state-of-the-art precision casting technology. Designed for excellence, the W-type radiation tube is versatile, serving pivotal roles in continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Operating in a protective nitrogen and hydrogen atmosphere, this innovative radiation tube harnesses the thermal power generated by natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. Through efficient radiation heat transfer from its outer tube, it rapidly and uniformly elevates the strip steel's temperature from ambient to approximately 900 degrees Celsius, thereby streamlining the annealing process with remarkable efficiency and precision.
