This radiation tube is meticulously engineered for seamless integration into continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment applications. Under a protective nitrogen and hydrogen-rich atmosphere, it harnesses potent heat energy from natural gas or coke oven gas combustion, ensuring swift and homogeneous heating of strip steel from ambient temperature up to 900 degrees Celsius. This guarantees flawless annealing through exceptional radiation heat transfer from the outer tube. This innovative solution defines efficiency and precision, making it an essential component for your heat treatment processes.
