The innovative W-type radiation tube boasts an expertly engineered blend of components; its straight tube is skillfully crafted from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, ensuring robust performance. The precision-cast bent tube complements this excellence, resulting in a superior product designed for continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Operating in a meticulously controlled atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, the tube harnesses the potent heat energy unleashed by the combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas. It efficiently elevates the strip steel's temperature from ambient to a formidable 900 degrees Celsius with remarkable speed and uniformity, facilitating the seamless annealing process.
