Product Description

The groundbreaking design of the W-type radiation tube brilliantly combines high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tubes for the straight sections with expertly crafted precision casting technology for the bent sections. Engineered for excellence, the W-type radiation tube serves a variety of applications, including continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Operating under a protective nitrogen and hydrogen atmosphere, the tube harnesses the potent energy from natural gas or coke oven gas combustion to deliver rapid and uniform heating of strip steel. This innovative process elevates the strip steel temperature from ambient to approximately 900 degrees Celsius with unparalleled efficiency through radiant heat transfer from the outer tube, streamlining the annealing process to perfection.
