The W-type radiation tube is indispensable in continuous annealing processes, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and sophisticated silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Operating within a specially controlled nitrogen and hydrogen-rich protective atmosphere, this avant-garde radiation tube utilizes thermal energy generated from natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. It ensures the strip steel is rapidly and uniformly heated from ambient temperatures to a remarkable 900 degrees Celsius. This swift, even heating is crucial for the ideal annealing of strip steel, setting unprecedented standards in industrial excellence.
