Product Description

Crafted with precision and engineered for performance, the W-type radiation tube boasts a straight section made of high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube and a bent section fashioned using advanced precision casting technology. Essential for continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces, this W-type radiation tube excels in a protective nitrogen and hydrogen atmosphere. Harnessing the power of natural gas or coke oven gas combustion, it swiftly and uniformly elevates strip steel from ambient temperature to approximately 900 degrees Celsius. This rapid and even heating, achieved through outer tube radiation heat transfer, ensures efficient annealing of strip steel.
