Crafted to perfection, the straight tube of the W-type radiation tube is constructed from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, while the bent tube boasts the precision of casting technology. This exceptional W-type radiation tube stands as a cornerstone for continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnace, and silicon steel heat treatment furnace operations. Enveloped in a protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, it artfully harnesses the heat energy born from the combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas. Through the marvel of radiation heat transfer from the outer tube, it elevates strip steel swiftly and evenly from room temperature to an impressive 900 degrees Celsius, ensuring precise and effective annealing.
