The W-type radiation tube finds its vital applications in continuous annealing processes, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and the highly sophisticated silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Operating within a protective atmosphere abundant in nitrogen and hydrogen, this pioneering radiation tube skillfully harnesses thermal energy released during the combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas. This ensures that strip steel is rapidly and uniformly heated from ambient temperatures to an impressive 900 degrees Celsius. Such an expedited and consistent heating process is essential to achieve the perfect annealing of strip steel, setting unparalleled standards in industrial excellence.
