The straight tube of the renowned W-type radiation tube is meticulously crafted from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, while its bent counterpart is elegantly fashioned utilizing precision casting technology. This exceptional W-type radiation tube finds its application in continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnace, and silicon steel heat treatment furnace. Operating in a protective atmosphere enriched with nitrogen and hydrogen, the tube harnesses the potent heat energy derived from the combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas. This innovative design enables rapid and uniform heating of strip steel from ambient room temperature to an impressive 900 degrees Celsius through the sophisticated mechanism of radiation heat transfer from its outer tube, facilitating flawless and efficient annealing of the strip steel.
