The straight section of our W-type radiation tube boasts a robust construction crafted from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tubes. Meanwhile, the elegantly curved tube harnesses the precision of casting technology. This W-type marvel plays a crucial role in continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Nestled in a protective embrace of nitrogen and hydrogen atmosphere, it efficiently channels the heat energy derived from the combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas. This radiant tube showcases its prowess by swiftly and uniformly heating strip steel from ambient levels to an impressive 900 degrees Celsius. Through the power of radiation heat transfer emanating from the outer tube, it facilitates the seamless annealing of strip steel.
