Introducing our robust and heat-resistant W-Shaped Radiant Tube, meticulously engineered for optimal performance in Roller Hearth Furnaces. The straight segment of this innovative W-type radiation tube boasts high-temperature endurance, thanks to its construction from centrifugally cast pit tube material. For the bent tubes, we've employed advanced precision casting techniques to ensure durability and reliability. Our W-type radiation tube is indispensable for continuous annealing processes, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Within a protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, this radiant tube harnesses the thermal energy generated from natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. It efficiently transfers heat through radiation from its outer tube, rapidly and uniformly elevating strip steel temperatures from ambient levels to an impressive 900 degrees Celsius, thus optimizing the annealing process and ensuring superior steel quality.
