Constructed with extraordinary precision, the straight tube of our W-type radiation tube is crafted from a centrifugally cast pit tube, adeptly designed to withstand high temperatures. The bent tube is meticulously formed using state-of-the-art precision casting technology. Tailored for use in continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces, this W-type radiation tube excels in efficiency. In an optimized protective atmosphere composed of nitrogen and hydrogen, it harnesses the formidable heat energy generated by natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. This energy is meticulously directed to rapidly and uniformly elevate strip steel temperatures from ambient levels to approximately 900 degrees Celsius. The outer tube's superior radiation heat transfer capabilities ensure seamless annealing of strip steel, exemplifying our commitment to high performance.
