Product Description

The W-type radiation tube's straight section is crafted using ultra-durable centrifugally cast pit tubes, whereas the bent section is expertly formed with precision casting technology. This advanced W-type radiation tube is pivotal in applications such as continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Within a protective nitrogen and hydrogen atmosphere, it harnesses heat generated by the combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas, delivering swift and even heating from room temperature to approximately 900 degrees Celsius through radiant heat transfer from its outer tube. This process ensures efficient and uniform annealing of strip steel.
