Product Description

The straight tube of our W-type radiation tube boasts incredible resilience, crafted from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube. Meanwhile, the bent tube is artfully created using precision casting technology, ensuring flawless performance. This exceptional W-type radiation tube is indispensable for applications such as continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnace, and silicon steel heat treatment furnace. Surrounded by a protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, it harnesses the thermal energy from natural or coke oven gas combustion. This energy is transmitted efficiently through radiation heat transfer from the outer tube, swiftly and uniformly elevating strip steel from room temperature to a remarkable 900 degrees Celsius, optimizing the annealing process for peak performance.
