The innovative W-type radiation tube is crafted for excellence, featuring a straight tube constructed from a high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, partnered with a bent tube meticulously created using precision casting technology. This sophisticated W-type radiation tube finds its indispensable application in continuous annealing processes, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Operating within a protective nitrogen and hydrogen atmosphere, the tube masterfully harnesses the thermal energy generated by natural gas or coke oven gas combustion to swiftly and uniformly elevate strip steel temperatures from ambient levels to approximately 900 degrees Celsius. This precise radiation heat transfer from the outer tube ensures optimal annealing of the strip steel, highlighting our commitment to quality and efficiency.
