Product Description

The W-type radiation tube's straight section is crafted from a high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, while its curved section is manufactured with precision casting technology. This innovative W-type radiation tube is ingeniously designed for use in continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Within a protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, this tube harnesses the heat energy generated from the combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas. It efficiently and uniformly elevates the temperature of strip steel, from ambient levels to approximately 900 degrees Celsius, through the sophisticated mechanism of radiation heat transfer from its outer tube. This process ensures the seamless and effective annealing of strip steel.
