Introducing our exceptional W-type radiation tube, where cutting-edge technology meets superior durability. The straight tube is meticulously crafted from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, while the bent tube is expertly fashioned using precision casting technology. Specifically designed for continuous annealing, it serves applications including the galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnace and silicon steel heat treatment furnace. Operating in a protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, this tube harnesses the thermal energy from natural or coke oven gas combustion to uniformly elevate the strip steel temperature from ambient conditions to an impressive 900 degrees Celsius. This ensures optimal and efficient annealing of strip steel through radiant heat transfer from the outer tube.
