Product Description

The straight section of the W-shaped radiant tube is masterfully crafted from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, ensuring durability and longevity, while the bent section is precision engineered using cutting-edge casting technology. This exceptional W-shaped radiant tube is expertly designed for continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Within a protective atmosphere composed of nitrogen and hydrogen, the radiant tube harnesses the thermal energy generated by the combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas. This energy is adeptly transferred through radiation from the outer tube, swiftly and uniformly heating the strip steel from room temperature to an impressive 900 degrees Celsius. This process ensures that annealing of the strip steel is efficient and flawless.
