Operated within a protective atmosphere enriched with nitrogen and hydrogen, this avant-garde radiation tube efficiently capitalizes on thermal energy generated from natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. This ensures a swift and even ascent of the strip steel's temperature from ambient levels to a striking 900 degrees Celsius. Such rapid and uniform heating is crucial for the ideal annealing of strip steel, setting unprecedented benchmarks in industrial excellence.
