Crafted with precision and remarkable expertise, the straight tube of our W-type radiation tube is forged from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, while the bent tube benefits from the finest precision casting technology. This indispensable W-type radiation tube finds its crucial application in continuous annealing processes, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Operating in a protective atmosphere composed of nitrogen and hydrogen, our radiant tube ingeniously employs the heat energy produced through the combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas. This sophisticated energy transformation allows for the swift and even heating of strip steel, elevating its temperature from ambient levels to an impressive 900 degrees Celsius. Through the marvel of radiation heat transfer via the outer tube, the optimal annealing of strip steel is flawlessly facilitated.
