The cutting-edge straight tube of our W-type radiation tube boasts robust high-temperature resistance, crafted with precision through centrifugally cast pit tube technology. The bent tube, on the other hand, is expertly fashioned using state-of-the-art precision casting technology. This W-type radiation tube is an indispensable component for continuous annealing processes, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Operating in a protective atmosphere composed of nitrogen and hydrogen, it efficiently utilizes the heat energy generated from the combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas. This ensures rapid and uniform heating of strip steel from ambient temperatures to an impressive 900 degrees Celsius. The outer tube facilitates seamless radiation heat transfer, perfectly supporting the annealing of strip steel with remarkable effectiveness.
