Product Description

The straight components of our W-type radiant tube, crafted from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, seamlessly pair with the precision-cast bent tube. This expertly designed W-type radiant tube excels in applications such as continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnace, and silicon steel heat treatment furnace. Operating within a protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, the tube harnesses heat energy from natural gas or coke oven gas combustion, ensuring rapid, uniform heating of strip steel from ambient temperature to an impressive 900 degrees Celsius. This innovative process facilitates exemplary annealing of the strip steel through the efficient radiation heat transfer from the outer tube.
