The innovative W-type radiation tube integrates high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube for the straight section and precision casting technology for the bent section, ensuring durability and efficiency. Ideal for continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces, this tube operates in a nitrogen and hydrogen protective atmosphere. It efficiently transforms the heat energy from natural or coke oven gas combustion into radiant heat, raising strip steel from room temperature to an impressive 900 degrees Celsius swiftly and evenly. This advanced process ensures optimal annealing of the strip steel, enhancing product performance and quality.
