This W-type radiation tube finds its vital applications in continuous annealing processes, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and the sophisticated silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Within a protective atmosphere enriched with nitrogen and hydrogen, this pioneering radiation tube effectively harnesses the thermal energy emitted during the combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas. This ensures that the strip steel is heated rapidly and uniformly from ambient temperatures to an impressive 900 degrees Celsius. This expedited and uniform heating process is key to achieving perfect annealing of strip steel, setting new standards in industrial excellence and efficiency.
