This advanced W-type radiation tube is indispensable for processes like continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnace, and silicon steel heat treatment furnace. Operating within a protective nitrogen and hydrogen atmosphere, it transforms the heat energy from natural gas or coke oven gas combustion into a controlled, radiant force. This energy swiftly and uniformly elevates strip steel from ambient temperatures to an impressive 900 degrees Celsius, ensuring the optimal annealing of strip steel through efficient radiation heat transfer from its outer tube.
