Product Description

The straight tube of our W-type radiation tube is expertly crafted using a high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube. Meanwhile, the bent tube is produced with advanced precision casting technology. This innovative W-type radiation tube is essential for continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Operating within a protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, it harnesses the heat energy generated by natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. This allows it to rapidly and uniformly elevate the strip steel's temperature from ambient levels to an impressive 900 degrees Celsius. Through efficient radiation heat transfer from the outer tube, the annealing process of the strip steel is facilitated with unparalleled precision and efficiency.
