Product Description

Crafted with precision and resilience, the straight tube of the W-type radiation tube is forged from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, while the intricate bent tube is expertly fashioned using state-of-the-art precision casting technology. This W-type radiation tube is indispensable for continuous annealing processes, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Within a carefully controlled protective atmosphere composed of nitrogen and hydrogen, the radiation tube harnesses the potent heat energy produced from the combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas. It achieves the remarkable feat of swiftly and evenly elevating the temperature of strip steel from room temperature to an impressive 900 degrees Celsius, facilitating the flawless annealing of strip steel through radiant heat transfer from the outer tube.
