Crafted with precision and durability in mind, the W-type radiation tube boasts a straight component made from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, while the bent segment is expertly crafted using precision casting technology. This advanced radiation tube is indispensable for continuous annealing processes, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Operating within a protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, it masterfully utilizes the heat energy from natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. Through efficient radiation heat transfer from the outer tube, it swiftly and uniformly elevates strip steel from ambient temperatures to approximately 900 degrees Celsius, ensuring optimal annealing outcomes.
