Product Description

Our state-of-the-art W-type radiation tube boasts a straight section crafted from high-temperature-resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, while the curved portion is expertly fashioned using precision casting technology. This innovative W-type radiation tube is indispensable for continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Within a protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, it harnesses the heat energy generated by the combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas. This energy is then efficiently transferred through radiation from the outer tube to rapidly and uniformly elevate the strip steel from room temperature to approximately 900 degrees Celsius. This process significantly enhances the annealing quality of the strip steel, ensuring superior performance and reliability.
