Product Description

The straight tube of the W-type radiation tube is crafted from high-temperature-resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, ensuring durability under intense heat. Meanwhile, the bent tube benefits from the precision of advanced casting technology. This W-type radiation tube plays a vital role in continuous annealing processes, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Operating in a protective atmosphere composed of nitrogen and hydrogen, the tube harnesses the heat energy produced by the combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas. Through its outer tube, it effectively transfers radiant heat, elevating strip steel from ambient temperatures to a remarkable 900 degrees Celsius swiftly and uniformly. This facilitates the efficient annealing of strip steel, optimizing industrial operations.
