Product Description

Crafted with precision and robustness, the straight tube of the W-type radiation tube is composed of a high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, while its intricately designed bent tube is crafted through cutting-edge precision casting technology. This exceptional W-type radiation tube finds its primary applications in processes such as continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Within a protective atmosphere consisting of nitrogen and hydrogen, the tube harnesses the power of heat energy produced through the refined combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas. This enables a swift and uniform heating of strip steel from ambient conditions to approximately 900 degrees Celsius, ensuring impeccable annealing through the outer tube's exceptional radiation heat transfer capabilities.
