Product Description

Crafted with precision and high-quality materials, the straight tube of the W-type radiation tube is constructed from a high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube. Meanwhile, the bent tube employs cutting-edge precision casting technology. This state-of-the-art W-type radiation tube finds its application in continuous annealing processes, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Operated under a protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, this radiation tube harnesses the thermal energy produced by the combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas. It rapidly and evenly elevates the strip steel's temperature from ambient levels to approximately 900 degrees Celsius, facilitating efficient annealing through the radiant heat transfer from its outer tube.
