Product Features

The ingenious design of our Industrial Heat Exchanger features a simple and compact structure that simplifies the cleaning process for the interior of the tubes. While this design facilitates easy maintenance, it's important to note that the shell side is not amenable to mechanical cleaning. Additionally, caution is required when there's a significant temperature differential (>50°C) between the shell and the heat exchange tubes as thermal stress, also known as heat stress, can pose a risk of damage.

To effectively address this issue, the installation of expansion joints on the shell is recommended. These joints are crucial in limiting the pressure within the shell side, thereby preventing any potential damage. This innovative design finds its best application in scenarios where the shell side fluid is clean and non-scaling, the temperature variance between the fluids is minimal, or where the shell side pressure is relatively low.
