Product Description

Crafted with precision engineering, the straight tube of the W-type radiation tube is constructed from a high-temperature resilient centrifugally cast pit tube, while the bent tube benefits from advanced precision casting technology. This W-type radiation tube stands out in applications such as continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnace, and silicon steel heat treatment furnace. Within a protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, it harnesses the thermal energy from natural gas or coke oven gas combustion, achieving a swift and uniform temperature increase of the strip steel from ambient conditions to an impressive 900 degrees Celsius. This process, driven by radiation heat transfer from the outer tube, ensures the seamless and efficient annealing of strip steel.
