Crafted with precision, the W-type radiation tube boasts a straight tube constructed from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, complemented by a bent tube formed through state-of-the-art precision casting technology. This innovative W-type radiation tube excels in applications such as continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnace, and silicon steel heat treatment furnace. Operating within a protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, the tube leverages the formidable heat energy arising from the combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas. It seamlessly transfers this heat through radiation from the outer tube, effectively heating strip steel swiftly and uniformly from ambient temperatures to an impressive 900 degrees Celsius, ensuring efficient annealing of the strip steel.
