Product Description

Crafted with meticulous precision, the straight segment of the W-type radiation tube is fabricated from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, while the curved section is artfully created through precision casting techniques. This advanced W-type radiation tube finds its vital role in continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnace, and silicon steel heat treatment furnace. Within a protective ambiance of nitrogen and hydrogen, the radiation tube masterfully employs the heat energy produced by natural gas or coke oven gas combustion, effectively heating the strip steel with remarkable speed and uniformity. This process elevates the steel's temperature from ambient levels to approximately 900 degrees Celsius through the efficient mechanism of radiation heat transfer from the exterior tube, thereby seamlessly facilitating the annealing of the strip steel.
