Product Description

Crafted with precision, the straight tube of our W-shaped radiant tube boasts high-temperature resilience, fashioned from centrifugally cast pit tube materials. Meanwhile, the bent tube is meticulously created using state-of-the-art precision casting technology. This exceptional W-type radiation tube is a staple in continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Operating under a protective nitrogen-hydrogen atmosphere, it masterfully harnesses heat from the combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas. This process ensures the strip steel is heated swiftly and uniformly from ambient temperature to approximately 900 degrees Celsius, primarily through radiation heat transfer emanating from the outer tube, thereby optimizing the annealing process.
