Product Description

The W-type radiation tube is meticulously crafted with its straight segment made from high-temperature enduring centrifugally cast pit tube, while the bent section is formed through precision casting technology. This radiant marvel finds its essential applications in continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnace, and silicon steel heat treatment furnace. Within a protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, the tube efficiently harnesses the energy derived from natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. This energy is adeptly transferred through radiation from the outer tube, warming the strip steel uniformly and swiftly from ambient to approximately 900 degrees Celsius, thereby optimizing the annealing process.
