Product Description

The W-type radiant tube, crafted with precision and innovation, utilizes the high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube for its straight sections, while its bent sections are elegantly shaped through advanced precision casting technology. This exemplary W-shaped radiant tube finds its application in continuous annealing processes, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces, offering unmatched efficiency. In a protective atmosphere comprising nitrogen and hydrogen, the tube harnesses the potent heat energy produced by the combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas. This ensures the strip steel is rapidly and uniformly heated from ambient temperatures to an impressive 900 degrees Celsius. The result is flawless annealing of strip steel, thanks to the seamless heat transfer radiating from the outer tube.
