The W-type radiation tube is meticulously engineered for applications in continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. In a protective atmosphere infused with nitrogen and hydrogen, this outstanding radiation tube capitalizes on the intense heat generated by natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. It delivers swift and uniform heating of strip steel from ambient temperatures up to approximately 900 degrees Celsius, ensuring optimal annealing performance, thanks to superior radiation heat transfer from the outer tube. This exceptional product epitomizes efficiency and precision, making it an indispensable solution for all your heat treatment requirements.
