Product Description

The groundbreaking W-type radiation tube features a straight tube crafted from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, complemented by a precision-casted bent tube. This innovative W-type radiation tube is an essential component for continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnace, and silicon steel heat treatment furnace processes. Operating in a protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, it harnesses the power of natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. This efficient process radiates heat from the outer tube, rapidly and uniformly elevating the strip steel temperature from ambient to approximately 900 degrees Celsius. This precise heat transfer method significantly enhances the annealing quality of strip steel, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
