Product Description

Crafted with precision and resilience, the straight tube of the W-type radiation tube is meticulously engineered from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube. Meanwhile, the bent tube showcases advanced precision casting technology. This innovative W-type radiation tube is an essential component for continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Operating under a protective environment of nitrogen and hydrogen, the tube efficiently harnesses heat energy from the combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas. This enables it to swiftly and uniformly elevate the strip steel's temperature from ambient levels to approximately 900 degrees Celsius. Through its outer tube's radiant heat transfer, it adeptly facilitates the annealing process of strip steel, ensuring consistent and superior results.
