Product Description

The straight tube of the illustrious W-type radiation tube is meticulously crafted from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, while its bent tube is formed using advanced precision casting technology. This W-type radiation tube is an essential component in continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Encapsulated within a protective nitrogen and hydrogen atmosphere, it masterfully harnesses the heat energy generated by natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. Through radiant heat transfer from the outer tube, it rapidly and uniformly elevates the strip steel's temperature from room temperature to approximately 900 degrees Celsius, thereby expertly facilitating the annealing process.
