Product Description

Introducing the W-type radiation tube, a marvel of advanced engineering, featuring a straight tube crafted from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube and a bent tube formed through precision casting technology. This state-of-the-art W-type radiation tube is expertly designed for continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Under a protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, it harnesses the powerful heat energy produced from natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. This radiant energy is adeptly transferred through the outer tube, ensuring the strip steel is rapidly and uniformly heated from ambient temperatures to approximately 900 degrees Celsius, thereby expertly facilitating the annealing process.
