Product Description

The straight segment of our W-type radiation tube is meticulously crafted from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, while the elegant bends are shaped using precision casting technology. This W-type marvel finds its application in continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Within a protective atmosphere composed of nitrogen and hydrogen, the radiation tube employs the potent heat energy derived from natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. This energy ensures the strip steel is rapidly and uniformly elevated from ambient temperatures to approximately 900 degrees Celsius via the radiant heat transfer originating from the outer tube, thus optimizing the annealing process of the strip steel.
