Expertly crafted to withstand the extreme temperatures of up to 900 degrees Celsius, the innovative W-type radiation tube is engineered using the finest high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube for its straight segment, while the precision casting technology shapes its curved segments. Ideal for use in continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces, this tube excels under a protective atmosphere composed of nitrogen and hydrogen. Harnessing the power of natural gas or coke oven gas combustion, the W-type radiation tube ensures rapid and uniform heating of strip steel, transforming it seamlessly from room temperature to the optimal annealing threshold through the efficient radiation heat transfer of its outer tube.
