Product Description

Crafted with precision and excellence, the W-type radiation tube integrates a high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast straight pit tube with a bent tube made through precision casting technology. This radiation marvel is designed for the complex requirements of continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Operating under a protective mix of nitrogen and hydrogen, it efficiently harnesses the heat energy produced by natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. This energy is skillfully transferred via radiation from the outer tube to rapidly, uniformly heat the strip steel from ambient temperatures to approximately 900 degrees Celsius, optimizing the annealing process with unparalleled efficiency.
