Product Description

The remarkable W-type radiation tube is crafted with precision, utilizing high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tubes for its straight sections, and precision casting technology for the bent parts. It is expertly engineered for use in continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Under a protective nitrogen and hydrogen atmosphere, this radiation tube harnesses the potent heat energy from natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. This allows it to heat strip steel swiftly and evenly from ambient conditions to an impressive 900 degrees Celsius through efficient radiation heat transfer from the outer tube, thus facilitating optimal annealing of the strip steel.
