Product Description

The W-type radiation tube's straight section is crafted from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tubes, ensuring robustness and durability. Its bent section, produced with precision casting technology, exemplifies superior craftsmanship. This radiation tube, essential for continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces, operates in a protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen. By harnessing the heat energy from natural gas or coke oven gas combustion, the tube efficiently transfers radiant heat to rapidly and uniformly elevate strip steel temperatures from ambient to approximately 900 degrees Celsius, optimizing the annealing process.
